Dispatching
We offer direct dispatching to your drivers by telephone, pager, alpha-numeric pager or Nextel radio. Calls can also be sent to any text message capable cell phone or other device.
All calls are followed through until completed.
If your driver needs help with directions, we can locate any address instantly with our software and give directions to your driver. If we're unable to locate the address, we will call back the customer and get directions.
Our dispatch program includes address verification. This helps to insure that addresses are correct before the call is dispatched to your driver.
We will call for credit card and check authorizations for your drivers.
We will call back motor clubs for GOA's or any other problems.
You will receive a detailed call report daily by FAX or e-mail.

All calls and above services are included with your service package - there is never a per-call charge (as there is with most answering service companies).
Towing Dispatch provides flexible scheduling with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly billing. Our rates are extremely reasonable. Since each company's requirements are unique, rates will vary and are not posted here.
